Below are the main terms and definitions used in Aurora Trip's documents and on the website.

• Website — the collection of pages published on the Internet and owned by the Operator.
• Operator / Contractor — Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Sergeevich Trofimenko, who provides the services and processes personal data.
• User — any person using the website.
• Customer — a person who has submitted a booking request and/or entered into a service agreement.
• Tour / excursion — a set of services for organising a trip, as described on the relevant page of the website.
• Booking request — an enquiry made by the User via a form on the website, by phone or through a messenger.
• Prepayment — the portion of the tour price paid to secure a place in the group.
• Personal data — any information relating to an identified individual.
• Cookie — text files stored by the User's browser when visiting the website.
• Force majeure — circumstances of insuperable force beyond the control of the parties.
