Public Offer (Service Agreement)

This document is a public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Трофименко Михаил Сергеевич (hereinafter — the "Contractor", "Aurora Trip") and sets out the terms for the provision of information and tourism services relating to the selection and organisation of tours and excursions within Murmansk Oblast and the Kola Peninsula.

1. Subject Matter

The Contractor provides services for organising and conducting excursions and tours, and the Customer pays for and accepts these services. The full scope of services for a particular tour is set out on the corresponding page of the website and/or agreed between the parties at the time of booking.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance of the terms) is deemed to be the submission of a request on the website, by telephone or via messenger, and/or the payment of a deposit for a tour.

3. Booking and Payment Procedure

• The Customer submits a request; the Contractor agrees the date, group composition and details.
• A place in the group is reserved for the Customer once a deposit of the agreed amount has been paid.
• Final settlement is made in the manner and within the time limits agreed between the parties.

4. Price

The cost of services is stated on the website and may vary depending on the season, group composition and format (group/private tour). The current price is confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The terms of cancellation and refund of the deposit are agreed at the time of booking and stated on the tour page. The Contractor has the right to cancel or reschedule a tour for reasons beyond its control (weather conditions, force majeure), offering an alternative date or a refund.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor undertakes to provide services of proper quality and to ensure safety along the route within the limits of its responsibility. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information and to comply with the tour programme and the requirements of the guide and safety rules.

7. Liability and Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure). The Contractor is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (weather, the behaviour of wild animals, the actions of third parties).

8. Personal Data

By submitting a request, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

9. Final Provisions

The Contractor has the right to amend the terms of the offer; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website. In all matters not regulated by this offer, the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
